Hello, my fellow cat lovers! I'm Marina, the proud founder of My Felidae.

It all began with a single photo of the most adorable kitten, Pandora. Instantly, I fell head over heels in love and knew I had to bring her into my life. Despite my lifelong allergies to cats, I took a leap of faith and reached out to a breeder in Ukraine. Two months later, Pandora arrived in Los Angeles, and to my surprise, I had no allergic reaction. My tears were not due to allergies; they were tears of pure love.

This extraordinary journey led me to develop a close friendship with Irina, Pandora's breeder. Both being from Ukraine and sharing a deep passion for feline companions, we became inseparable. We affectionately referred to ourselves as "co-madres," as we shared a bond through our "common children," our beloved fur babies. Within two years, our household grew to include four Ukrainian kitties, and I found myself connecting countless fellow cat lovers with reputable breeders from Ukraine and in the US, helping them navigate and avoid the online scams prevalent in the industry.

Fast forward to a little over a year ago when Bryan, one of my local clients, approached me with a proposition. He suggested joining forces to create a network of reputable breeders, both local and European. And thus, My Felidae was born.

At My Felidae, we believe in making a positive impact on the lives of both cats and ethical breeders. Many of the breeders we work with are WCF certified from Ukraine or have emigrated to the US due to the war and become TICA certified. Breeding these purebred kittens serves as a significant source of income, supporting their families and homes. It is truly a win-win situation. By connecting passionate cat lovers with reputable breeders, we not only fulfill our own deep love for feline companions but also contribute to the livelihoods of ethical breeders across the globe.
